- Plant-based milk (almond or rice) to taste
- 100 grPlain vegan yoghurt
- Fruit to taste (I usually use strawberries or banana)
- 1 tspPeanut butter
- 0.50 tspAgave (optional)

INGREDIENTS
- 1.50Weetabix biscuits
- Plant-based milk (almond or rice) to taste
- 100 grPlain vegan yoghurt
- Fruit to taste (I usually use strawberries or banana)
- 1 tspPeanut butter
- 0.50 tspAgave (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Crumble the Weetabix biscuits into a small bowl.
- 2Gradually add the plant-based milk until you get a thick paste. The idea is not to make it liquid.
- 3Leave in the fridge overnight, and the next day the biscuit should have a cheesecake-like texture.
- 4The next day, add the yoghurt to the bowl. Top with sliced fruit, a drizzle of peanut butter and agave (optional).
