- 120 grVegan butter (e.g. Alpro)
- 50 gr70% dark chocolate

INGREDIENTS
- 150 grPlain flour
- 150 grRolled oats
- 100 grBrown sugar
- 120 grVegan butter (e.g. Alpro)
- 50 gr70% dark chocolate
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- 2In a bowl, mix together the oats, flour and brown sugar.
- 3Break the chocolate into small pieces and add to the mixture.
- 4Add the butter gradually (you may not need all of it) and mix until a dough forms.
- 5Shape into small balls and flatten slightly into cookie shapes.
- 6Place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake at 180°C for about 15 minutes (depending on your oven).
- 7Remove from the oven and place the cookies on a wire rack to cool and crisp up.
