INGREDIENTS
- 200 grTofu
- 4slices of Bread
- 4Brown Mushrooms
- 1 tspDijon Mustard
- 1 drizzleOlive Oil
- Salt to taste
- Turmeric to taste
- Black Pepper to taste
- Garlic Powder to taste
- Plant-based Milk to taste

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Start by toasting the bread slices.
- 2While the bread toasts, heat a drizzle of olive oil in a frying pan.
- 3Crumble the tofu directly into the pan and cook until it starts to colour.
- 4Add the sliced brown mushrooms and stir.
- 5Season with salt, black pepper, turmeric and garlic powder to taste.
- 6In a cup, dissolve the mustard in a little plant-based milk.
- 7Add this mixture to the pan, stir well and let cook for a moment.
- 8Finally, serve the scrambled tofu on top of the toast and finish with a few basil leaves if you like.
NOTES
- Use gluten-free bread if you are intolerant.
