INGREDIENTS
- 200 grSpaghetti
- 0.50 tbspVegan butter
- 600 grTofu
- 2 tbspOlive oil
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Garlic powder to taste
- Water as needed
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Cook the pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water according to the packet instructions until al dente. Drain and toss with the vegan butter while still hot, mixing well to melt and coat. Set aside.
- 2Cut the tofu into slices about 0.5 cm thick.
- 3Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat, add the tofu slices and season with salt, black pepper and garlic powder.
- 4Cook until the tofu develops a golden crust, then flip and brown the other side.
- 5Plate the spaghetti and place the golden tofu on top.
