INGREDIENTS
- 200 grSmall soup pasta
- 1Carrot
- 500 grMushrooms (any variety you like)
- 1Onion
- 4 clovesGarlic
- 1 leafBay leaf
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Finely chop the onion and garlic. Set aside.
- 2Slice or separate the mushrooms depending on the variety used. Set aside.
- 3Grate the carrot. Set aside.
- 4Sauté the chopped onion with the bay leaf.
- 5Add the garlic and sauté for a few more minutes.
- 6Add the carrot and cook for 5 minutes.
- 7Add the mushrooms and let them reduce.
- 8Add the pasta and cover with water.
- 9Bring to a boil and cook the pasta according to the packet instructions.
- 10Serve immediately.
