INGREDIENTS
- 1Sheet of puff pastry
- 5Vegan sausages
- 2 tbspMustard
- 2 tbspTomato passata
- Oregano to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Sesame seeds to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Unroll the puff pastry on a clean surface and cut it into 20 equal pieces using a knife or pizza cutter.
- 2Spread mustard on some pieces. On others, spread tomato passata seasoned with a pinch of black pepper, oregano and salt.
- 3Cut each sausage into 4 equal pieces. Place one piece of sausage on each portion of pastry.
- 4Roll the pastry around the sausage. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top to decorate.
- 5Bake in a preheated oven according to the pastry packet instructions (usually 180°C for 30 minutes).
- 6Remove from the oven and serve.
NOTES
- The vegan sausages we use are the Frankfurt Plant-Based from Better Balance.
